New Signage at Centennial Park

By City Staff

Communities in Bloom Sarnia is celebrating the completion of another project: the installation of a Centennial Park entrance sign at Exmouth St. and Venetian Blvd.

Dedicated to civic pride, the organization has used the proceeds from its backyard makeover lottery for the replacement of signage at the City’s premier parks.

“This is the third sign that we have done in less than a year. We wish to thank our lottery partners, The Bluewaterland Rotarians, DeGroot's, Praill's Greenhouse, Mackellar Flowers and Dowler-Karn. Their help has been outstanding,” explains Anne Marie Gillis, Chair of Communities in Bloom Sarnia.

The organization also acknowledges local artist, Dave Beatty, for another amazing hand-carved creation, capturing the essence of our community.
