Parks, Recreation & Culture Master Plan Survey

By City Staff

Residents are being asked to complete a survey to provide input into the Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan.

The survey forms part of the public consultation process to gain feedback from residents regarding what should be captured in our process. The Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for the management and delivery of many services and amenities within the City of Sarnia.

The Master Plan will serve as a guide for policy development and decisions, prioritize demands and opportunities, address the city’s current demographics, analyze and meet the changing demands and needs of its citizens and provide a framework for evaluating future park improvements, recreation activities and cultural opportunities and will generate a working/living strategic action plan.

The survey is available online at https://parksandrec.smartsarnia.com/or in person at City Hall. Surveys must be completed by December 8, 2017.
