A By-Law for prescribing standards for the maintenance and occupancy of buildings and structures within the City of Sarnia. Complaints concerning condition of Homes, Rental Units, Accessory Units, Accessory Buildings etc.

Lot Maintenance By-Law # 75 of 2009 - See City By-laws.

A By-law for prescribing standards for the maintenance and occupancy of property and lands within the City of Sarnia. Complaints concerning the Filling Up, Draining, Clearing and Cleaning of any Vacant Lots/Yards or the storage of derelict vehicles, construction materials, furniture, or debris as well as stock piling of earth or aggregate, open hole conditions etc.
