The City of Sarnia operates under the administrative direction of the City Manager with seven departments reporting through the City Manager to Council. While a majority of departments and services are located at the Sarnia City Hall at 255 North Christina Street, the Transit, Parking, Works and Fire functions operate from various other locations within the City.
