Waterfront Master Plan
The City’s new Waterfront Master Plan is now complete and will provide direction for the future of the waterfront for many years to come.
The City is working with other waterfront agencies and municipalities to create a clear direction for all waterfront lands regardless of jurisdiction. This plan has been circulated and approved by City Council, and will provide overall guidance for the way in which any applications for development of the Sarnia Waterfront will be handled.
